Hiren Sanghrajka, Chief Executive Officer
Hiren has over 30 years of experience in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry gained by working on major capital projects with Shell, BP and Marathon Oil. He also has a highly developed services provider perspective having been in a leadership position for a prominent front-end engineering consultancy in London for 16 years. During this time, Hiren advised many leading international oil and gas companies, national oil companies and financial institutions on various aspects of field development.
Hiren has been involved in numerous projects across the whole lifecycle from the early assessment stages to the construction, commissioning and operations stages in various roles including strategic planning, project management, and commericial and technical management. He has a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London, and is an Associate of the City and Guild Institute, London.
Tom Kelleher, Chief Operations Officer
Tom has over 30 years of experience in facilities and development engineering, project engineering, and project management, working for major operators in the oil and gas industry. Ten of those years have been in senior management positions including as a technical function leader responsible for organisational planning, skills and competency management, and staff management. Tom is skilled in the design and implementation of Management Processes and Systems. He has a high level of expertise in Field Development Planning, front-end engineering and project organisation.
Tom has a broad based knowledge of international E&P activities and functional interfaces within the E&P business. He is knowledgeable and skilled in commercial issues and economic analysis, and is an excellent and pursuasive communicator. Tom has a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
Prabhat Garga, Senior Advisor
Prabhat has over 40 years' experience in engineering and has had roles from project manager/director level through to corporate function leader. He has worked with WS Atkins, John Brown, Marathon Oil, Kvaerner, AMEC, and QinetiQ in the energy, infrastructure, nuclear and defence sectors.
Prabhat has extensive experience in the UK oil and gas sector in creating field development plans, delivering large offshore production facilities and in the operations of these projects. Most recently as the corporate head of the project management function at AMEC and QinetiQ, Prabhat was responsible for enhancing capabilities in people, processes and systems. He created the AMEC Projects Academy to deliver modern project management training to all levels of project managers.
Prabhat has a BSc and MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College, London, and is an Associate of the City & Guilds Institute. He is also a Chartered Structural engineer and member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and the Association for Project Management.
Geoff Cox, Senior Advisor
Geoff has over 30 years’ experience in offshore and onshore oil and gas production design, operations support, construction and commissioning support, and day to day operations. He has worked for Anadarko and Marathon Oil as well as major international EPC contractors.
Geoff’s primary role has been as project engineering manager, managing and supervising the design process from feasibility, through concept, detailed design, construction, commissioning and operations. He has also been a team member on numerous multidiscipline taskforces for major oil development projects which covered commercial, subsurface and regulatory aspects and interfaces.
Geoff has a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
